"The three star rating reflects the fact that although our driver was superb, our original designated booking was with another company where the phone number was not available, and when we looked up the company and contacted them from their website, they had not received our booking. Very worrying, especially as we had already paid. However, the Uber driver we were eventually allocated by Travaroo was second to none - Roshid’s vehicle was clean and spacious, he is a very gracious man and an excellent driver."
