"The Brighton 16 seater minibus company were great but booking through Taxicode was a nightmare as I did not realise this was a third party company. Although the charge was agreed at booking then additional charges came in and took a very long time to sort the issue - wish it was clear that it was a third party, the third party should allow additional information to be included at the time of booking so the final price is agreed at that time and not some three weeks later when I was emailed about the additional coast. Extremely annoying!"
