I communicated with the office and told to message the driver upon landing, which I did and advised collecting luggage, the driver only parked when I said I had collected my luggage so I had to wait 30 mins for him to arrive, not ideal after a 11 and a half hour flight, which had already been delayed. The driver was polite, well presented and a good driver, the vehicle was also as requested. I would use again"
