"Excellent service both trips to and from airport. Early pick up and the driver was there before the time which gave us peace of mind. Vehicle clean and comfortable and with local knowledge, navigated road closure seemlessly. On return we received a message with drivers name and registration, and confirmed we were meeting at drop and go. Despite the chaos at this area of the airport, the driver made it easy for us. Again a clean, roomy taxi with a smooth ride.
Having been let down by a taxi company in the past, it was brilliant to receive this great service on both legs of the journey. "

The vehicle was a bigger vehicle than the standard car - more like a van, but that, again, was no issue.
My star rating is still 5 star as the driver was polite and he got me to my destination without fuss or delay. The fact that he was not at the terminal could have been down to being held up in traffic - i did not ask. My flight was in time and the time i was ready was exactly as ordered."
