"A little confusing on pick-up from the venue as we didn’t know which cab we were looking for. The confirmation email we’d received was from GetCab and we looked out for a vehicle with GetCab on the door, but what turned up was a vehicle with Uber on the door. This amongst about a dozen Uber branded vehicles at the venue! Also the text from the driver didn’t include the reg number or vehicle description which made things harder to find him."
