"We thought we had booked a Taxi not an Uber, so we were told to go to the taxi stand which we did, unaware there was an Uber pick up around the corner from the Taxi rank. We’re sent the Uber number plate only to finally find it and it was cancelled! Eventually we were reassigned another car! Once on our way the trip was fine."
