Booking was easy too! Unfortunately, after booking, I was missing the information from Taxicode, where to meet the driver, what his name is, how to reach him, etc. (there are 2 stars on my part for the company Taxicode). After a few phone calls, I got the information I needed. It was a business trip for which I need an invoice, this should be done automatically (also 2 stars). I see a need for improvement in the points mentioned, otherwise I'd be happy to do it again!"

"Arrived on time for both pick up and return. I was very impressed with the online booking system. Would recommend.
The only thing I would say is that I hadn’t realised until the following morning I had left my bag in the car. Which was obviously my fault but I do think it would have been good to get a text or some acknowledgment when the driver found it that night- even if it’s just to say something like ‘I have found your bag it’s safe and we can make arrangements for you to get it in the morning’ … I’m assuming it’s a fairly common occurrence people leaving things behind but that sort of message would have avoided a lot of panic the following morning!! But thankfully the driver was able to get it back to me about 45mins after I had phoned to ask if he had it and he got it to me for £10 which I was very grateful for! Sorry for the long comment it’s just a suggestion that would have helped me and probably others in the future!!!
